It has a cream smock pattern with accompanying soft peach floral smock stitching at the top and the bottom, with an embroidered garland of delicate flowers in the middle. This dress dons a classic look with a stylish cream peter pan collar with soft peach floral stitching with coordinating cuff edges on the short sleeves. 

This dress is fully lined and fitted with a 3 layer tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always achieve the desired fit.

Sizing runs average on this item, we advise to go up a size if unsure. This dress has been shortened to give extra volume.
