Royal Mail Special endeavors to deliver within 2 working days. This is a fully tracked service.
DPD is generally a 2 day service, however, can often be next day. This is dependent on time order is received and subsequently dispatched. This is a fully tracked service.

Royal Mail UK Signed For £5.45 postage option includes limited liability covering a maximum claim of £20.00, regardless of order value.
Royal Mail Special £9.00 postage option includes a maximum compensation of £50, regardless of order value
DPD Tracked £5.95 is a next day option includes a maximum compensation of £50, regardless of order value. DPD is dispatched for next day for orders placed prior to 12:30pm. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. This service is a Monday to Thursday Service. Orders placed Thursday after 12:30 pm will be delivered Monday.
Northern Ireland (ONLY) Signed For Royal Mail £5.00.

We use DPD as our courier provider in the UK, we give express instructions on every order - 'order not to be left in a safe place' - as the customer you have the right to override this instruction - if this is done however, we accept no responsibility or liability should any problems occur thereafter this instruction. DPD take a photographic images on every order.
We offer international shipping. Please see upon checkout your chosen country is included on our list.Regrettably, we do not ship to countries outside of those specified above. International orders can take longer to prepare as Ocean Baby needs to ensure all the correct documentation is in place, prior to the item being dispatched.

Ireland via courier is generally 2-5 working days (excluding weekends) Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ocean Baby Ltd is not responsible for these charges are the customers responsibility. Please check carefully before placing an order with us.
IMPORTANT Note* International returns are very expensive, and the return cost will be payable by the customer. No refund will be approved on shipping to or from destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If delivery option selected is Royal Mail - you will not receive a tracking number, the number provided will be a posting reference number. Please note this will only update once item is delivered.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our refund policy here: Refund policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
