Refund & Return Policy & Cancellations


We have a strict 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It is important that order is received back with the original packing slip enclosed, so we can trace the order back to the correct customer.  

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Post is to be paid by the customer. If there is a exchange or change made to an order - post cost is customers responsibility.

All refunds given are subject to transaction, administration and postage fee's, these may vary due to order values*

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 7 days after delivery to make this  knowable to us - if this claim is made after 7 days we will deem all orders successfully received and satisfactory and no case will be opened.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, reduced priced items, socks or underwear, by placing an order for either 'sale', or reduced price items, socks or underwear, you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions - please no not purchase if you are uncertain.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, this can take up to 7 working days. If paypal method was used to checkout your refund will be immediate. 

All refunds will be less the postage cost/s. 

International returns, rejections, failed deliveries -  will automatically be subject to imports duties and taxes, these will be deducted from the overall refund amount. Re-delivery back to the UK is very expensive, this will also be included as a additional fee that will be charged in the refund. Re-delivery back to the UK is subject to incredibly high costs, we strongly advise when ordering with us, you are sure on all of your destination costs and subsequent delivery methods, to ensure a successful shipment. We do not accept any responsibility for overseas failed deliveries or import taxes and duties. 

Fraudulent behaviour & Cancellations:

Ocean Baby will not accept any fraudulent behaviour - when this behaviour is clearly established. We (Ocean Baby Ltd) reserve the right to cancel all future orders to the address, individual/s name, email, should any previous orders been subject to fraudulent behaviour. We take fraud very seriously and will not tolerate baseless claims. In cases where we can establish without a doubt, goods are received and all packaged correctly - we will, and do take legal action in the small claims courts should this action be wholly necessary. Ocean Baby records and stores copies of every single order that is processed. We additionally can co-ordinate with all shipping partners about any order that comes into question. Honest mistakes do and can happen, this process is not 100% effective all of the time, however, blatant fraudulent activity will be held to account.

Additionally*Cancellations can be done for a number of different reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded back to the original payment source. Incomplete addresses is the number one reason for a  refund so please be sure to input all information correctly at checkout. 

Ocean Baby will always contact the email address provided and discuss any issues we may be having with any order. 


Ocean Baby Limited is the sole distributor for all branded 'Ocean Baby' and 'Ocean Kids' items. We do not allow re-sale of any of our branded items at any time. We do not use third party sellers or subsequent distributors. All content under the Ocean Baby Brand is protected, and we will initiate legal action, if our brand is used for any prohibited behaviours as outlined. We have the right to reject any orders that we feel can fall under this purview.
