Ocean Baby Collection: Stunning girls smocked sleeveless dress.

This dress has delicate nautical themed embroidered pattern weaved through the smocking detail. The striped pattern on the dress is entirely within the smock pattern; two anchors and one ships wheel. The dress is complete with two bows on either side.

The dress has two large tie backs to create a bow at the back of the dress, gaining the most desired fit. Dress also comes fully lined and fitted with a three layer petticoat.
