Delightful red cotton dress with an elegant white scallop edge collar, coupled with two classic style decorative buttons. Traditional puffed sleeves finished in white cotton, with a cute plaid scottie dog applique on the front of the skirt.  Fully lined and fitted with a 3 layer petticoat, to ensure princess feel volume. This dress has fully functional white tiebacks, not only practical and offering an oversized bow on the back, but the front band also adds to the classic style of this dress.
