This carefully crafted dress has hand embroidered rocking horses and a classic style teddy, carefully placed within a white smock pattern with accompanying soft pink smock stitching at the top and the bottom of the embroidery. This dress dons a classic look with a stylish crisp white peter pan collar with soft pink ruffle edging and pink feather stitching with coordinating white cuff edges on the short sleeves. 

This dress is fully lined and fitted with a 3 layer tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always achieve the desired fit.

Sizing runs average on this item, we advise to go up a size if unsure. This dress has been shortened to give extra volume.
