This dress is fully lined and fitted with a multi layer tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always achieve the desired fit.

Sizing is average.

Dresses all include 1 x matching headband NB-18M, 2 Years onwards 2x hair clip 3 inches.
