Features - Smocked Front & Back, Silk Bows on both sides and shoulders, fully lined and accompanied with a fitted volumizing petticoat skirt, included is soft cotton bloomer style panties (ALL AGES).

Sizing runs average on this item, we advise to go up a size if unsure.

Included is an elasticated or lace headband for NB 3M 6M and Cotton Bow x 1 matching hair clip from 9M to 6Y.
