This dress is fully cotton lined and fitted with a multi layer tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always achieve the desired fit. Button up back.

Sizing is average, if unsure we advise up 1 size.

Dresses come with 1 x 5.5 inch Satin Hair Bow Clips.
