Ocean Baby Custom Fabric Collection: Stunning girls smocked rocking horse themed dress. This gorgeous dress is printed all over with a stripe and rocking horse print in red and white, with co-ordinating smocking from the high waist all the way to the shoulder. In the centre of the smocking pattern is hand embroidered hearts and one rocking horse in the centre. This dress has a peter pan collar accompanied with embroidered feather stitching to make it that little bit extra special. This dress has white ruffle edged puffed sleeves and heart shaped functional pockets, all for that little extra embellishment. 

This dress is fully lined dress, with a three layer tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always get the desired fit.
