This dress has a delicate rose themed embroidered pattern weaved through the smocking detail.  The bottom half of this beautiful rose pattern has five ruffled layers to give an enhanced puffiness to the already fitted 3 layer petticoat.  This pretty dress is the very heart of summer, will enhance any little girls wardeobe.

Dress also comes fully lined and fitted with a three layer petticoat.
