Ocean Baby exclusive vintage toy smocked satin dress.  The smocking is to the shoulder, delicately overlaid our own designed vintage toy print.  The puffed sleeves and skirt are patterned in the same print, collar and cuffs are trimmed in a lovely white lace.  Dress comes with a 3 layer petticoat.

Dress comes with matching satin hair clip.

Fit is average for size. If in doubt we do advise going up a size to ensure good fit. The dress has adjustable tie backs so good fit can always be achieved.
