Ocean Baby Collection: Stunning girls smocked dress, with a delicate rose style embroidered pattern weaved through the smocking detail. The pattern on the dress is entirely within the smock pattern colours. This dress is complete with a ruffle edged collar and cute feather stitching all around, with additional matching feather stitching on the sleeves.

 Dress has tie backs to create an oversized bow at the back of the dress, giving this dress a little extra, and also of course gaining the most desired fit. Dress also comes fully lined and fitted with a three layer petticoat.
