This stunning dress has a large smocked panel across the chest, with intricate detailing all the way through the middle and finished off in an embroidery anglais around the trim.  Elegant peter pan collar with hand embroidered white roses two on either side of the collar, and cuffed sleeves complete with oversized white satin bows on each cuff. finished with a delicate frill around the edges. The bottom of this dress bares lots of little hand embroidered roses to match the delightful collar. Fully lined and fitted with a 3 layer petticoat, to ensure princess feel volume.
